Guitar Finger Exerciser
best hand exerciser – hand grips, a powerball or a gripmaster?
i like climbing and playing guitar, and i am planning on getting a hand exerciser to help (mainly for climbing).
Which is the best?
the gripmaster would help my fingers the most i.e helping my guitar playing (i think… am i wrong?)
the gripmaster and powerball cost about the same £10 region, whereas grips are lots cheaper
Im also open for any other suggestions

If your interested in any weightlifting (which would help your climbing as well).You could start doing some workouts for your back it could give you a really strong hand strength.
